📋 Description
• Join our team as an Associate Software Automation Engineering Specialist within the Technical Services subfamily. • You'll be responsible for delivering implementation and ongoing managed services, training, and other professional offerings to both new and existing customers. • Our team specializes in mapping and managing customer business forms and integrating them into core banking systems. • You'll build, test, and maintain loan functionality within the PriceMyLoan pricing engine. • Additionally, you'll assist clients with system configuration and custom pricing/eligibility requests of varying complexity. • Contribute to one area of ownership within the team. • Report escalated issues/bugs to senior team members. • Develop, implement, test, and maintain automated machinery, processes, and control systems for the engine environment. • Assist in troubleshooting, repairing, modifying, and enhancing automation equipment and systems processes. • Maintain computer equipment or software. • Assist with infrastructure setup and testing for application transparency and security.
