📋 Description

• As a Data Analyst within the Data Product Management team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping corporate strategy and allocation, managing product-level P&Ls and priorities, and ensuring smooth operating rhythms. • Your mission: create products and analytics that extract valuable insights from structured and unstructured data. • You'll drive business decisions by providing quantitative and qualitative data analysis, reporting patterns, insights, and trends to decision-makers. • You'll collect, aggregate, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources to drive insights into business performance. • Your work will produce actionable reports that show key performance indicators, identify areas of improvement in current operations, and display root cause analysis of problems. • Collaborate to build intuitive data visualizations that offer deep and actionable insights against complex and dynamic business challenges in the Fintech space. • Take ownership of the UX/UI experience delivered to clients across multiple data products. • Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of business intelligence tools. • Support and contribute to data collection efforts as needed. • Help identify the business data needed to produce the most useful insights and future analytics. • Monitor data management processes to ensure data quality and consistency.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of relevant professional experience (or equivalent work experience). • You'll have a moderate skill set and proficiency within the subject area, performing simple to moderately difficult aspects of the role independently. • Work on problems of moderate scope, often varied and routine, where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. • Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. • Apply learned techniques and contribute to analysis and investigation to solve problems. • Build productive internal/external working relationships to resolve mutual problems by collaborating on procedures or transactions.
