📋 Description

•As a Sr. Business Transformation Analyst within the Corporate Development/Investor Relations team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving change management strategies that align people, processes, and technology with our company's vision. •You'll lead initiatives to innovate and optimize business strategies, identify inefficiencies, and implement transformative solutions to achieve measurable outcomes. •Drive cross-functional projects that support operational excellence, business growth, and organizational efficiency through partnerships with departmental leaders. •Oversee mid- to large-scale projects, ensuring they align with business priorities and focus on process optimization, operational improvements, and scalability. •Create and manage project plans, roadmaps, and timelines, tracking progress and mitigating risks. •Develop and execute change management plans, including stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, and training programs to foster adoption and minimize resistance. •Use data-driven insights to measure program success, refine initiatives, and provide regular updates to departmental leaders and stakeholders. •Facilitate communication and collaboration among teams across departments such as product, sales, customer success, finance, and IT to ensure cohesive execution of initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

•Bachelor's degree with 4-6 years of related experience or equivalent work experience. •3+ years in business transformation, management consulting, or a related role in a B2B SaaS or technology-driven organization. •Experience with methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. •Understanding of change management principles and experience developing strategies for successful adoption of initiatives. •Familiarity with SaaS business models and key business systems (e.g., CRM, ERP). •Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects with measurable impact on business performance. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess unusual circumstances and devise creative solutions. •Ability to enhance relationships with senior internal/external partners, often requiring persuasion and influence.
