📋 Description

• The Software Engineer II is responsible for developing and maintaining the company's software products. • This role involves designing, developing, documenting, testing, deploying, monitoring, and debugging software systems and applications. • The Software Engineer II will serve as a technical expert on development projects and participate in the full development life cycle, including requirements analysis and design. • Design and develop software systems and applications to address business needs (cloud and/or in-house). • Provide guidance on business domain and product architecture. • Use tools and methodologies to create representations for functions and user interfaces. • Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure high-quality product platforms. • Ensure security, performance, manageability, quality, and consistency of software architecture. • Conduct research, gather information, interpret data, identify requirements, and create solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of related experience or equivalent work experience • Perform simple to moderately difficult aspects of the role independently, supporting peers and management on complex aspects • Develop professional expertise and apply company policies and procedures to resolve issues • Work on problems of moderate scope, requiring analysis of various factors • Receive little instruction on day-to-day work and general instructions on new assignments • Determine a course of action based on guidelines and modify processes as required • Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices • Build productive internal/external working relationships to resolve mutual problems • Bonus knowledge: Financial Industry domain expertise • Bonus knowledge: Marketing Industry domain expertise
