🎯 Requirements

β€’ 5-8 years minimum experience carrying a quota β€’ You are a closer and a good teammate β€’ Demonstrable knowledge in crypto and fintech, including knowledge of payments technology, blockchain technology, and digital assets β€’ Track record of exceeding quota β€’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent β€’ Knowledge of Web3, payments, blockchains, crypto, onramps, DeFi, etc. β€’ Strong presentation skills β€’ Experience working with CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce) β€’ Advisor/Consultant sales mentality β€’ Analytical and problem-solving abilities β€’ Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken form of English β€’ High level of organization and attention to detail β€’ Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative β€’ The capacity to operate independently as well as a positive attitude toward collaboration β€’ Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize β€’ Excellent time management skills β€’ Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and using MEDDIC and Challenger (or similar) methodologies is a plus
