• Customer-focused, highly technical Success Engineer, Community Focus • Help customers get data from various sources and transform it • Provide support and guidance through various social channels • Collaborate with writing team and participate in brainstorming sessions • Be the voice for customers and work closely with product and engineering teams • Ensure customer success and satisfaction • Participate in webinars and in-person events as the face of Metabase
Requirements
• Strong technical background (minimum 3-5 years writing production code or administering systems) • Experience with data visualization or data analytics tools • Excellent written communication • Expertise in at least two of: Running Metabase, networking and web applications, server management, database management and SQL skills • Bonus: experience with open-source products and fluency in multiple languages
