Description

• Lead Talent Acquisition: Design and implement a targeted talent acquisition strategy that meets the specific needs of the LATAM cybersecurity market, while also providing direction for continuing expansion in the US and globally. • Establish Performance Management Systems: Create a performance management framework that promotes continuous feedback, sets clear expectations, and fosters employee development. • Design Competitive Compensation & Benefits: Develop attractive compensation and benefits packages that align with market trends and address the unique demands of the LATAM region. • Promote Cultural Agility: Create initiatives that enhance cultural sensitivity and adaptability, ensuring effective communication across diverse teams in LATAM. • Enhance Employee Engagement: Develop programs that boost job satisfaction, engagement, and overall well-being, contributing to a motivated and high-performing workforce. • Drive Stakeholder Collaboration: Foster strong engagement with employees, leadership, and cross-functional teams to shape impactful HR initiatives.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field; advanced degree preferred. • Experience: 5+ years in HR leadership, particularly in the LATAM region with expertise in labor laws and compliance. Experience in U.S.-based companies is a plus. • Skills and Attributes: Proficient in English (C1+); interviews will be in English. A collaborative, hands-on leader. Analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making. Experience in change management and organizational development. Ethical and courageous in decision-making.
