Description
• The System Administrator position requires experience in maintaining infrastructure for high-availability, scalable, enterprise-grade applications. • Planning and building cloud hosting systems. • Troubleshoots system hardware, software, networks, and operating systems. • Implements access controls and monitoring tools. • Maintains system performance through monitoring and analysis. • Part of a 24x7 on-call rotation. • Responds to support tickets and incidents in a timely manner.
Requirements
• 1+ years of IT/technology experience • Experience with AWS Cloud • Possess or achieves in first two weeks AWS Cloud Practitioner Certificate • Familiar with Windows and Linux System Administration • Scripting language experience (Python, Ruby, Bash) • Deep knowledge of TCP/IP and HTTP protocols • Problem solver and willing to work in an agile/fast-paced environment • Good communication skills and customer-oriented • Willing to react to system problems in off-hours and weekends if necessary
