•Lead the planning, roadmapping, prioritization and execution for the Extension and Mobile Platform that’s foundational to the MetaMask wallet. •The platform team’s vision is to make the MetaMask clients great to build upon by empowering developers all across MetaMask to easily build features and capabilities in the wallet. •Define and own platform strategy for stability, performance, and predictable client release cadence, including the long-term roadmap, in collaboration with EMs and engineering teams. •Align teams and stakeholders on a shared vision tied to the larger strategy. •Define and own platform-related OKRs for Extension and Mobile, in collaboration with EMs and other PMs. •Manage and prioritize platform-related backlog. •Contribute to resolution of blockers raised by EMs and engineering teams, especially when achievement of OKRs is at risk. •Maintain open lines of communication with stakeholders (other MetaMask teams), providing regular updates on product (platform aspects only). •Groom backlogs, plan sprints, conduct retros, unblock your team. •Report on OKR progress.
•At least 3 years experience as a Platform Product Manager working in a technology heavy role, including crafting vision and strategy for the platforms you built. •The capacity and ability to understand the needs of customers (internal MetaMask engineers) and their customers (MetaMask end users) to drive platform roadmap. •The knowledge and confidence to participate in very technical conversations, and to drive consensus and commitment. •Experience as an engineer, preferably working with Mobile or client platforms. •Web3 experience is preferred, but not necessarily required. •Excellent communication, relationship management, and organizational skills. •Data-driven, user-focused, and analytical. •Familiarity with relevant processes (e.g. Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g. JIRA, Notion, Figma, GitHub, MixPanel, Looker Studio). •Team player, inclusive leader, open to feedback, and transparent with intentions.
