• This is a remote position. • Our client, a global healthcare company, seeks an SAP Change Management Consultant who's responsibilities will include driving the Change Experience & Communications work streams for the Companies top Business Technology initiatives, including the company's migration from ecc6 to S/4 Hana. • Candidates must be located in the EST or CT time zone and work EST hours.
🎯 Requirements
• 7 + years experience in Change Management • SAP experience • Training Experience (LMS, scheduling, surveys) • Change Management on large transformational projects • Proven track record of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, delivering results, and successfully sustaining change with high complexity • Organizational learning methodologies, including adult learning theory • Instructional design
