Description

• Develop, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads and conversions for both direct enterprise and partner channels. • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to optimize results. • Utilize growth marketing strategies, including A/B testing, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization. • Assist in the production of compelling marketing assets tailored to campaign objectives. • Develop and manage co-marketing campaigns with strategic partners. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with company goals. • Utilize expertise in customer data platforms and integration tools to optimize campaigns. • Continuously optimize, innovate and push the boundaries of current campaigns within the market.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • 5-8 years of experience in marketing campaign management and demand generation. • Proven track record of achieving MQL targets and driving successful marketing campaigns. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems. • Knowledge of customer data platforms and data integration technologies is highly desirable. • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
