Description

• Provides analysis of financial data, including financial reporting, trend analysis, proformas, and forecasts and the monitoring of key financial metrics. • Performs Month End processes, including the communication and coordination with internal customers, preparation and recording of financial and statistical journal entries, completion of balance sheet reconciliations, and review of various financial reports. • Prepares, maintains and analyzes monthly and annual financial reports. • Presents and communicates findings and results to leadership as needed. • Assists with the development and analysis of operating and capital budgets as assigned. • Works with department leaders to prepare capital and operating budgets. • Ensures day-to-day financial operations run smoothly and efficiently by proactively working with leaders track resource utilization against budgets, staffing plans, etc. • Performs special projects as assigned. • Demonstrates effective customer relation skills, promotes a positive work environment and contributes to the overall team effort. • Understands, applies, and supports departmental and company policies, procedures, and standards. • Performs other job functions as assigned or requested.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree: Business Administration/Management (Required) • Bachelor's Degree: Finance • Bachelor's Degree: Healthcare Administration • Master's Degree • 1-3 years Finance or Business • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA)
