Description

• Help ensure processes and best practices are followed internally. • Report weekly on project statuses and next steps. • Manage client onboarding for new projects. • Act as primary client liaison on assigned projects. • Organize client calls, meetings, trainings, and strategy sessions. • Build timelines and budgets while keeping teams accountable and on track. • Use and optimize workflow tools like Slack and Teamwork.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in account management and/or project management role. • Passionate about social, racial, and environmental justice. • Experience in client service and day-to-day client contact. • Excellent communication skills. • High level of organization. • Experience planning, managing, and monitoring complex projects. • Ability to manage teams and contractors across multiple departments.
