📋 Description

• Protection & Controls (P&C) Operations Manager for a remote position leading a national service offering. • Manage operational execution and oversee field services for Shermco’s Protection & Controls division. • Drive workforce engagement while ensuring safety, quality, and performance in substation projects.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of direct, hands-on substation field experience, including: • Installation, commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, or construction of high-voltage substations. • Extensive work on substation transformers, breakers, switchgear, and control schemes. • Demonstrated career progression from field technician, engineer, or commissioning specialist to leadership or management. • 3+ years of operational leadership experience in a substation field services organization. • Experience managing remote field teams, workforce planning, and substation project execution. • Direct oversight of crew scheduling, logistics, and safety compliance. • Ability to travel 30-50% to substation sites, customer meetings, and leadership engagements. • Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with experience managing multi-site field teams.
