📋 Description

• Build, monitor, and maintain IT infrastructure including on-prem and cloud servers and networks. • Assist in design and implementation of new solutions and tools in our infrastructure and application stack. • Maintain and improve our MDM tools and processes. • Oversee IAM (Identity Access Management) via Entra ID (Azure AD) and local AD. • Manage the Microsoft 365 Exchange environment. • Assist in security tool management and compliance. • Monitor and maintain routine system updates, patches, and backups. • Create and maintain documentation. • Identify opportunities to improve IT processes. • Assist in M&A activities including hands-on setups and streamline processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support and server administration. • Proven experience in customer service or support roles within an IT environment. • Proficiency in managing and supporting IT infrastructures, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud platforms. • Working knowledge of good cyber hygiene. • Excellent skillset in virtualization technologies. • Azure cloud experience is a plus. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization. • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and support. • Ability to lead and mentor others. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically. • Apply Agile and ITIL framework principles and processes to solve problems.
