Description

• Assist in deployment and operationalization of Dell EMC PowerFlex environment. • Lead installation, configuration, and setup of PowerFlex platform. • Provide in-depth training and education to customer’s IT team. • Work closely with customer to operationalize the platform. • Assist in tuning the system for optimal performance. • Create documentation on system configuration and operational processes. • Provide ongoing technical support during the project. • Maintain excellent customer service throughout the project.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Dell EMC PowerFlex setup, configuration, and management. • Strong understanding of storage infrastructure, virtualization, and network integration. • Ability to educate and train customer teams on PowerFlex. • Experience operationalizing IT infrastructure in production environments. • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. • Strong customer service and communication skills. • Flexible availability to accommodate varying time zones.
