Description

• As Associate Software Engineer, you’ll design software tools and subsystems to support software reuse and domain analyses and manage their implementation. • Manage software development and support using formal specifications, data flow diagrams, and other accepted design techniques. • Analyze and study complex system requirements. • Interpret software requirements and design specifications to code, and integrate and test software components. • Estimate software development costs and schedules. • Review existing programs and assist in making refinements, reducing operating time, and improving current techniques. • Supervise software configuration management.

Requirements

• An active U.S. Government issued Secret security clearance (or higher). • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 2 years of experience in front-end or back-end development • Experience with Agile Scrum • Experience contributing to DevOps CI/CD pipelines and automation • Knowledge of security best practices and secure coding techniques • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes • Strong experience with software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms. • Demonstrated experience in designing and building complex, scalable, and high-performance software systems. • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows. • Solid understanding of software testing principles and methodologies. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
