📋 Description
• Senior Engineer in Service Delivery provides world-class delivery support. • Build in-depth knowledge of customers’ priorities and become a trusted advisor. • Identify potential sales and growth opportunities with key stakeholders. • Coordinate activities of technical solution team members for contract obligations. • Proactively identify potential issues, drive resolutions to avoid customer impact. • Build and sustain effective communications with partners and cross-functional teams. • Develop strategic account growth plans along with sales and Global Services experts. • Maintain awareness of all service matters and manage customers during escalations.
🎯 Requirements
• Be an experienced Service Delivery Engineer, with an in-depth history of executing and completing complex projects. • Strong organizational and planning skills, being able to coordinate teams across all program activities. • Proven analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills. • Be strategic and have had a successful history of growing accounts. • Proficient in appliances to include Power Protect Data Domain and iDPA; and software to include Power Protect Data Manager and Avamar. • Bachelors’ Degree preferred.
