Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years related work experience in a corporate environment • Strong business context and business acumen • Knowledge of unique challenges and needs of professional women • Extensive knowledge of the coaching process and corporate culture trends • Excellent communication, organization, and career development skills • Strong verbal and written interpersonal skills • Ability to take general directions and follow outlined processes • Proficiency in using Mettacool's coaching software • Knowledge in coaching areas: Early career, High-potential, Career transition, Leadership & executive coaching, Career/Workforce re-entry, Transition to motherhood • Experience logging coaching session notes, scheduling sessions, tracking engagements, and documenting milestones • Familiarity with conducting coaching sessions via Zoom and using Google Gsuite
