Description

• Analyzing client's requests • Brainstorm ideas and concepts for clients • Designing or searching for static or dynamic thumbnails • Writing strong, clear, persuasive, and original ad copies • Develop animated & video creative ads (other formats required - learn how to, etc)

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in developing creative solutions for integrated digital marketing campaigns • Ability to create and develop new creative approaches and lines • Knowledge of understanding the right tone of voice that successfully engages, informs, and delights both B2C and B2B audiences • Strong ad copy writing skills • Good skills in Adobe Photoshop • Ability to work with tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment • Quick mind and stress resistance able to process large amounts of information • Ability to be a creative storyteller who knows how to package and create multimedia content that grabs attention in an online/digital environment across different formats • Good team working skills, keen to foster a collaborative creative environment • Will be a plus: Experience leading ads through all phases of development including research, concepting, and production • Good skills in Adobe Premier Pro
