• Strategic leadership for product management aligned with business objectives. • Develop and execute a cohesive product strategy focusing on market demands and customer success. • Manage and mentor product leaders to foster a high-performing collaborative team. • Oversee product roadmaps ensuring alignment with business priorities and compliance. • Act as key interface for executive leadership and stakeholders on product initiatives. • Lead cross-functional collaboration to drive execution of product initiatives. • Define and monitor KPIs making data-driven decisions for product success. • Stay informed of industry trends fostering innovation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management, with a strong track record of leading and mentoring senior product teams. • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product strategies that align with business goals and drive innovation. • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between various business departments. • Expertise in managing and overseeing product roadmaps, balancing long-term business priorities with regulatory compliance and market needs. • Deep understanding of industry regulations, privacy standards, and risk management strategies related to product development. • Ability to communicate product vision and updates effectively across the organisation and act as a product evangelist both internally and externally. • Experience leading and scaling product teams, preferably in an international or multi-cultural context. • Experience working on impact-driven products, ideally in digital health or with a deep understanding of non-profits. • Proficient in written and spoken English
