Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management, with a strong track record of leading and mentoring senior product teams. • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product strategies that align with business goals and drive innovation. • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between various business departments. • Expertise in managing and overseeing product roadmaps, balancing long-term business priorities with regulatory compliance and market needs. • Deep understanding of industry regulations, privacy standards, and risk management strategies related to product development. • Ability to communicate product vision and updates effectively across the organisation and act as a product evangelist both internally and externally. • Experience leading and scaling product teams, preferably in an international or multi-cultural context. • Experience working on impact-driven products, ideally in digital health or with a deep understanding of non-profits. • Proficient in written and spoken English
