• Responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for various digital and print materials, including social media content, websites, digital ads, email campaigns, presentations, and more. • Design high-quality visual assets for a variety of projects, including digital marketing campaigns, social media content, website graphics, email templates, print materials, presentations, and more. • Work closely with account managers to develop designs that align with overall campaign strategies and client objectives. • Ensure all designs adhere to brand standards and maintain a consistent visual identity across different platforms. • Revise and refine designs based on feedback from clients and internal teams, ensuring that final deliverables meet the required standards. • Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and account managers to ensure copy and visuals work together harmoniously. • Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices to bring fresh and creative ideas to the team. • Assist with the preparation of files for production and ensure the accuracy of all final deliverables.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field • At least 3 years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency setting or working with clients in agriculture • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including digital and print projects • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools • Knowledge of web design principles and experience with tools like Figma or Sketch is a plus • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a willingness to work closely with various teams to achieve client goals • Self-motivated with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
