• Responsible for building and delivering an events strategy for Fortna • Lead Fortna's commitment to the Client experience • Track all marketing materials and activities • Monitor social media and awards • Manage the company website • Conduct basic competitive research • Manage all trade shows • Collaborate with sales & marketing team for event initiatives • Report on event performance and ROI • Develop planning tools like budget tracking and project timelines • Manage communications around awards won
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications • Minimum of ten (10) years of Business-to-Business marketing experience, including experience in event management and website management • Understanding of the business executive audience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including editing and proofing • Intermediate knowledge Word, Excel, PowerPoint • High level of self-motivation • Ability to work independently, multi-task and work cross functionally • Exceptional project management and time management skills • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines • Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize • Strong interpersonal, organizational, time management and problem-solving skills • Ability to travel – approximately 25% of time primarily domestic with the possibility of international travel; however, this could change based on company’s impending business needs • Ability to perform essential functions of the job
