• We’re looking for a Business Analyst who’s passionate about technology and telecommunications. • You’ll serve as a key connector between business stakeholders and our technical team. • Analyse current processes, gather requirements for new initiatives, and drive changes to enhance workflows. • Conduct root cause analysis to understand underlying process issues. • Develop recommendations for process changes based on data-driven insights. • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process efficiency. • Provide actionable recommendations for enhancing process efficiency and effectiveness. • Partner with business stakeholders to collect detailed requirements. • Utilise various techniques to gather business needs. • Create detailed user stories with acceptance criteria to guide development efforts. • Document requirements clearly and create user stories, process maps, and functional specifications. • Design business process flows using BPMN 2.0 and ensure alignment with objectives. • Work closely with Business Process Engineers (BPEs) to translate requirements. • Facilitate communication between the development team and business stakeholders. • Manage updates to existing business processes based on evolving requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related fields. • 3 -5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the tech industry, ideally with exposure to telecommunications or process automation projects. • Background in business process improvement or automation, with experience across multiple products. • Experience working with telecommunications products or services (not essential). • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence. • Strong understanding of BPMN 2.0 for process modelling. • Familiarity with process automation tools like Flowable, Camunda, or similar platforms. • Skilled at breaking down complex processes and identifying optimization opportunities. • Experience with impact analysis, risk assessment, and change management strategies. • Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. • Ability to convey technical requirements in a way that non-technical stakeholders can understand.
