Description
• Oversee overall project from initiation to completion. • Manage project team, stakeholder communication, and risk management. • Develop comprehensive project plans merging customer requirements with company goals. • Monitor project progress with detailed, scheduled reports on milestones and deliverables. • Lead/Support engineering teams to deliver projects on schedule/budget. • Maintain project Risk register and adjust project as necessary to meet client requirements.
Requirements
• Strong project leadership skills. • Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams. • Experience in planning and executing complex projects including schedule, cost, scope, and personnel management. • Ability to ask the right questions, identify risks or gaps in a project plan, and exhaustively investigate problems to closure is a must. • Solid Telco/ Towerco industry experience. • In depth understanding and experience with the eTOM Business Process Framework. • PMP Certification advantageous.
