Description
• Responsible for leading the Learning team • Work closely with product management and UX designers • Deliver on the product roadmap • Identify and resolve technical and process-oriented issues • Help team members with career development • Conduct performance reviews • Be involved in hiring and doubling the size of the engineering department yearly • Influence the strategy of the overall engineering department • Cultivate an inclusive team culture
Requirements
• At least 7 years of software engineering experience • At least 2 years of management experience • Extensive full stack web development experience • Experience working cross-functionally with product management, UX, and QA
