🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in product design, ideally in EdTech or a mission-driven organization • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design and the ability to translate research insights into impactful solutions • Proven ability to plan and conduct user research collaboratively with team members • Proficiency in Figma and experience with maintaining or contributing to a design system • A solid understanding of accessibility principles and inclusive design practices • Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working closely with cross-functional teams • Ability to work autonomously, take ownership of projects, and balance user needs with business goals
