Description

• Provide monthly accounting closure procedures and deliverables, which includes journal entries, reconciliations, reports in compliance with GAAP • Provide Balance Sheet account reconciliations. • Research and present month-over-month variance analysis for GAAP and MGMT reporting • Support data systems integration and reconciliation • Maintain documentation for compliance reporting and audits • Support the Manager of Finance to coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors for timely completion of annual audit reports and tax filings • Support A/R and A/P with various functions. • Collaborate with business partners to ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, procedures, controls and provide support on special requests when necessary • Continuously improve the automation of the accounting and reporting process • Support CFO and the Manager of Finance with special projects as requested

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting • Strong Excel and data analysis skills • Knowledge of basic accounting procedures • Excellent time-management and organizational abilities • Detail oriented
