• Collaborate with FECQA senior leaders in the network to define the vision, goals, and objectives for the new team. • Develop a comprehensive project plan outlining the steps required to establish and train up the team, including timelines, resources, and milestones. • Identify and recruit top talent to build a diverse and skilled team. • Design and implement an effective onboarding program to ensure new team members are integrated smoothly and understand their roles and responsibilities. • Provide strong leadership to motivate and inspire the team to achieve high performance. Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews. • Engage in global alignment teams to identify opportunities for improvements, work as a team to create innovative solutions to enhance overall network capability. • Partnering with FECQA counterparts of systemic problem solving and driving improvements. • Leverage advanced data analysis to identify insights, uncover opportunities for improvement, and detect issues earlier. • Support software automation projects for productivity, and global alignment teams to maintain and publish global metrics.

Requirements

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering or related engineering field. • Preferably 3+ years’ experience in the semiconductor industry in the areas of Yield/Test Enhancement, Product Engineering, Quality Engineering or Process Integration. • Proven experience in team development, project management, or a similar role. • Think and communicate clearly in urgent and stressful situations. • Strong leadership and team building skills. • Excellent data analysis, problem solving, and decision-making skills. • Effective communication and presentation skills. • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically. • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
