Description

• Midnite is a next-generation betting platform built for today’s fandom. • We exist to bring fans closer to the games they love through the rush of winning money. • You’ll take the lead in building a fully optimised end to end journey. • A world class first-time user experience will be core to Acquisition and early stage Retention. • From Discovery to Delivery. End to End ownership of the entire early customer lifecycle. • Work alongside Growth Marketing to deliver a highly optimised Acquisition funnel. • Take the lead alongside CRM to build a state of the art and “market-disruptive” liveops journey. • Use your experience in Growth hacking to deliver high ROI to customer conversion. • Work closely with and influence senior stakeholders, always advocating for impact. • Regularly interact with our users and develop a deep empathy for them. • Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver world class products. • Be a champion of a Product-led environment, putting the users first. • Find new innovative ways to build a world class First time user experience. • Work directly with Head of Product to develop a long-term, game-changing Product Strategy. • Regular reporting of Product KPIs to Stakeholders and Department leads.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience • Experience in end to end Conversion Rate Optimisation (Awareness to First Bet) • Experience in Growth Hacking strategies • You embrace the fast-pace, always delivering, always improving, start-up environment in an ultra-competitive industry • You have near-obsession with understanding the user • You live and breathe data; Making informed decisions with data and always looking for ways to obtain it • You have a ruthless ability in prioritisation • You are an excellent communicator, understanding your audience when covering complex areas to a variety of audiences • You have a strong ability to improvise when the unexpected inevitably comes at you • You have an interest in any of the following: Gaming, Online Casinos, Free to plays, Social Gaming, Esports, Sports betting • You have a relentless desire to learn
