• Salary: R25,000 per month • About Midnite: A next-generation betting platform designed for sports and gaming enthusiasts. • Role involves supporting Safer Gambling function within the compliance department. • Multi-disciplinary responsibilities focusing on Safer Gambling to reduce gambling-related harm. • Engage with customers at risk of gambling-related harm via various communication channels. • Uphold internal policies for preventing gambling-related harm. • Monitor compliance across customer communication channels and handle escalations. • Analyze customer accounts for compliance and escalate cases as needed. • Collaborate to foster a culture of Safer Gambling and excellent customer service.
Requirements
• Fluent in written and spoken English. • Minimum one year experience in Safer Gambling or similar fields. • Experience with customer calls and difficult conversations. • Attention to detail with strong assessment skills. • Self-motivated, able to work independently or in a team. • Previous customer service experience.
