• Significant ORM experience • Domain Knowledge: Automotive dealership process knowledge: leads, sales, CRM, service, repair orders, etc • Business accounting knowledge • OEM experience (Ford, GM, etc) • Advanced ability to communicate with humans of all types • Prefer to find and solve root problems rather than provide temporary solutions • Writing and editing skills for quality control purposes • Excellent organizational skills/time management • Ability and desire to continually learn and grow and to help others
