📋 Description
• Analyse gameplay data to identify trends, player behaviour, and areas for improvement. • Collaborate with game designers and developers to propose data-driven solutions for gameplay optimisation. • Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs such as player engagement, retention, and monetisation. • Design and implement A/B tests to evaluate the impact of new features or changes. • Extract insights from data to influence decision-making across the studio. • Work with large datasets, cleaning and preprocessing data for analysis. • Ensure data integrity and quality by conducting regular audits and validations. • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable format.
🎯 Requirements
• Proficiency in SQL for querying databases. • Experience with data visualisation tools like Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar. • Familiarity with statistical methods and tools. • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in the gaming industry or a related field. • Knowledge of game analytics and player lifecycle metrics is a plus. • Strong programming skills in Python or R for data analysis (bonus). • Experience with real-time analytics platforms (bonus). • Knowledge of machine learning techniques and applications (bonus). • Passion for gaming and familiarity with industry trends (bonus).
