• Collaborating with Growth and Product teams to understand campaign objectives and translate into powerful visual narratives. • Creating visually striking and strategically aligned assets for various marketing channels, including social media, app stores, and advertising platforms. • Working with multiple stakeholders, in order to communicate effectively, plan and prioritise requests and manage work time efficiently. • Developing and maintain a cohesive visual language that enhances our games’ brand identity and resonates with our target audience. • Managing outsourcers as and when needed.
• Exceptional portfolio showcasing ability to tell compelling visual stories across various digital platforms. • Strong principles of graphic design with exceptional eye for colour, light, shade, form, composition, story and style with matching portfolio of excellent material. • Proficiency with relevant industry standard applications such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and the likes. • 5 or more years of relevant experience as a marketing artist in the games industry. • Strong communication skills with experience working cross disciplines, managing multiple stakeholders. • Strong interest in the Web3 space. • Knowledge and experience working with Generative AI tools.
