📋 Description
• Company Overview: Mighty Networks enables creators and brands to build and monetize communities. • The Opportunity: Lead Revenue Accountant responsible for Order-to-Cash process and revenue accounting operations. • Key Responsibilities: Own the full revenue accounting cycle; collaborate with Sales, Success, and Sales Operations; generate revenue reports.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent experience strongly preferred. • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with a strong background in revenue accounting and SaaS business models. • Deep familiarity with NetSuite (required), and CRM software, preferably HubSpot, and experience supporting Sales Operations workflows. • Working knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition and subscription-based billing models. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, particularly in working with small business customers and cross-functional teams. • Proactive problem-solver with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Experience managing or mentoring others and contributing to team development is a plus.
