📋 Description
• Responsible for overseeing and managing viable sites for charging infrastructure. • Supporting permitting and grid connection processes. • Identifying and initiating negotiations for potential locations. • Building relationships with stakeholders and collaborating on progress.
🎯 Requirements
• Extensive experience in site contracting within commercial real estate or a similar field. • Experience with acquisition/contracting for charging solutions or complex electrical projects. • Strong at negotiating contracts, networking and identifying future risks. • Strong commercial business development experience and can identify interesting opportunities. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem-solve and make well-judged decisions. • Strategic thinker with a proactive, hands-on approach. • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on achieving results. • Affinity with the renewable energy sector/e-mobility. • Excellent command of German and English.
