• As the Sales Manager DACH, play a pivotal role in driving growth across the DACH region. • Focus on selling public charging network to fleet operators and logistics companies. • Develop strategic relationships and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. • Identify key prospects and cultivate relationships with decision-makers. • Manage relationships with existing clients for long-term satisfaction. • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and business opportunities. • Generate new leads and explore new business opportunities. • Find innovative sales strategies to penetrate untapped markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or comparable working experience. • Proven experience in truck sales and/or selling products or solutions to fleet operators, logistics companies, or similar markets. • A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a focus on closing deals in a timely and effective manner. • Exceptional customer relationship management skills, with the ability to build and sustain strong, long-term partnerships. • Proficiency in market analysis and understanding of the competitive landscape. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade key stakeholders. • Fluent in both English and German. • Self-driven, with a passion for sales and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
