Description

• The Program Manager, Business Programs will focus on client facing, key customer projects and programs relating to ABC products, being responsible for planning, managing, and delivering projects to ensure they are completed successfully. • Oversee all aspects of planning and delivery, from epics and user stories, project increment planning, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, vendor management, risk and issue management, monitoring, summarizing, and communicating progress to various levels of stakeholders. • Provides leadership and direction to formal and informal project resources and defines and implements standardized processes that conform to project management best practices.

Requirements

• Experience managing client facing projects • Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or CSM certification • Thorough working knowledge of SDLC models/methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile • 7+ years project delivery experience preferred, with primary focus on delivering in an agile environment • Demonstrated experience working with agile development teams and leading Agile project delivery • Experience managing cross functional projects impacting external customer facing products
