Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in a remote environment. • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices. • Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills. • Proficiency with HR software and remote collaboration tools.
