Description
• Provide excellent service and support to instruments and customers • Preventive maintenance, safety repairs, installing, upgrading, and qualifying instruments such as IQ/OQ • Resolve issues through hardware and software troubleshooting • Maintain accurate records of performance data, service records, and stock of spare parts • Work with colleagues in the wider UK sales team to meet customer needs
Requirements
• HND in Engineering or comparable field • At least 2 years of experience in equipment support for biotech instrumentation, field service repair, fluid control systems, and system-level electrical/mechanical troubleshooting • Excellent computer networking, troubleshooting, and communication skills • Experience with imaging or flow cytometry instruments is advantageous • Self-motivated and able to travel up to 80% of working time, including occasional international travel • Manual UK driving license required
