Description
• Unique opportunity to work on a variety of exciting and challenging matters • Support Mindbody + ClassPass around the world • Identify and advise on legal risks, business strategies • Draft and negotiate a wide variety of contracts • Review marketing materials and research regulatory landscape • Provide general support for business transactions and legal team
Requirements
• J.D. degree (or foreign equivalent) and membership in good standing in at least one U.S. state bar • At least 6 years of relevant legal experience • High degree of professional ethics and integrity • Experience in leading contract negotiations • Ability to drive cross-functional projects • Strong business acumen and practical approach to legal challenges • Experience advising clients and managing projects on deadlines with minimal supervision • Experience collaborating with business teams and other members of the legal team • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex legal points and concepts • Ability to quickly learn new software applications and technologies • Excellent written and verbal communications skills • Strong proofreading skills • Ability to juggle many competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment • Excels at working independently and as part of a team • Willingness to learn and take on matters outside your primary practice areas
