Description

• Support the creation and delivery of annual operating plan. • Monitor performance and surface key insights and recommendations to leadership. • Complete ad hoc analyses and support the development of strategic business cases. • Monitor the health of critical business metrics, functions, and processes. • Work across multiple stakeholders as the primary financial business partner. • Key driver of modeling Mindbody’s long-term financial targets and annual budget. • Constantly monitor key performance metrics, identify root causes of over or underperformance. • Drive ad hoc financial analysis and scenario models to create business cases. • Recognized as the subject matter expert across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance or equivalent work experience. • 5+ years’ experience in strategic finance, preferably in a SaaS or tech company. • Proficiency in large data analysis, scenario modeling, and business case development. • Demonstrated ability to build strong professional relationships and work successfully across multiple stakeholders. • Skilled at solving new challenging problems and proven capability to create and implement substantially better solutions than currently exist. • Self-managing, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects and tasks in a dynamic environment. • Strong visual design skills, strong attention to detail and quality, highly organized.
