Description

• Your mission is to support the growth of high-performance marketing websites that are scalable, reliable, and secure. • You'll be part of the Growth Marketing Team and collaborate closely with other teams to optimize conversion rates across our digital platforms. • Develop new features, improve performance metrics, and ensure optimal user experiences on our web properties to boost lead generation and support product marketing efforts • Dive deep into user data, website analytics, and conversion funnels to uncover actionable insights for maximum impact. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on website experiments to discover what drives success and growth. • Stay on the pulse of the latest industry best practices, emerging trends, and cutting-edge tools and techniques in conversion rate optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in web development and optimization • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience with enterprise-grade content management systems (e.g., Drupal, Contentful, HubSpot) • Demonstrated experience in data analytics and reporting, including Google Analytics • Demonstrated experience with A/B testing and dynamic personalization tools • Demonstrated experience with end-to-end automated testing • Champion of UX/UI principles and best practices • Proficiency with git, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML/JSON, and PHP • Familiarity and a willingness to learn other related marketing technologies (e.g., marketing automation, customer data platform, tag management, etc.) • Demonstrated ability to work in rapid growth environments that require flexibility and continuous innovation • Stellar communication and collaboration skills, with native / bilingual proficiency in English
