Description
• Your mission is to support the growth of high-performance marketing websites that are scalable, reliable, and secure. • You'll be part of the Growth Marketing Team and collaborate closely with other teams to optimize conversion rates across our digital platforms. • We're seeking someone with a strong background in website analytics who advocates for great user experiences and has a passion for improving existing systems and processes. This data-driven role requires proactivity, initiative, and the ability to thrive with limited guidance.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in web development and optimization • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience with enterprise-grade content management systems (e.g., Drupal, Contentful, HubSpot) • Demonstrated experience in data analytics and reporting, including Google Analytics • Demonstrated experience with A/B testing and dynamic personalization tools • Champion of UX/UI principles and best practices • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML/JSON, and PHP† • Familiarity and a willingness to learn other related marketing technologies (e.g., marketing automation, customer data platform, tag management, etc.) • Demonstrated ability to work in rapid growth environments that require flexibility and continuous innovation • Stellar communication and collaboration skills, with native / bilingual proficiency in English
