Description

• Support revenue goals driven by partner products • Roll out partner products into sales channel • Balance partner needs with internal stakeholder needs • Run trainings on partner products for sales team • Act as the partner account manager to build rapport and manage relationships • Enable sales reps to hit their goals • Gain insights into customer needs via direct relationships • Implement new processes and tools for program expansion • Evaluate current portfolio of partners for go-to-market plans • Support partner experience by fielding inquiries and troubleshooting • Answer internal questions about partners and create educational resources • Manage ongoing needs of strategic partners • Prepare reports for stakeholder updates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field required • Exhibits a “sense of urgency” that facilitates the execution of program requirements across multiple stakeholder groups • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a strong aptitude for emotional intelligence • Well-organized self-starter • Comfortable working in a demanding, fast-paced, numbers-driven environment • Must be able to adapt to evolving department/roles, able to take on new challenges as they become delegated to the position • Comfortable with Excel and other tools to support analysis • Excellent organizational and project management skills • Excellent relationship-building skills; including experience and competence in leading, influencing, and coaching others in the absence of direct reporting relationships • Experience in a software/technology environment • Proven ability to lead and execute projects that involve alignment and collaboration across disciplines and craft • Ability to evaluate incentives and provide input on aligning with company objectives
