Description
• As a Security Engineer I, you will play a pivotal role within our organization’s cyber security framework, specializing in security event analysis, detection, and response • Working collaboratively with our team, you will contribute to the proactive safeguarding of our systems and data integrity, ensuring our organization remains resilient against evolving threats • This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about cyber security and eager to grow their career in this field.
Requirements
• Understanding of IT security concepts, principles, and security best practices • 1-2 years information security and/or technology experience, 1+ years in a similar cyber security engineer role • Interest or experienced working with IAM tooling, SaaS security, email, or endpoint security solutions • Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills are essential • Demonstrates a strong customer service-oriented approach when supporting both internal and external customers • Enthusiastic and capable of working collaboratively with a team of skilled engineers and key stakeholders to advance cyber security initiatives • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Network+, or Cyber security Analyst (CySA+) are advantageous • Knowledge of NIST and/or MITRE security frameworks
