• Contribute to the development of incentive compensation programs • Calculate commissions and bonus payments • Develop and maintain relationships with key departments • Research and resolve discrepancies and questions from leadership • Design and develop financial models to evaluate compensation plans • Provide analysis to assess the effectiveness of compensation programs • Drive automation and process improvements

Requirements

• Strong experience in Sales Compensation • Experience in sales compensation in a technology/SaaS/marketplace company • Strong analytical skills • Ability to handle sensitive situations with tact • Independent work capability under tight deadlines • Experience with Sales Compensation Management Software, such as Xactly and Salesforce • Highly analytical and organized • Advanced Excel skills
