Requirements

• One (1) year of related customer service or call center experience • Ability to handle a high volume of support related inquiries • Ability to present information clearly • Ability to actively listen and provide support • Familiar with internet browsers and settings • Ability to quickly learn technical products • Customer-service focused mindset • Ability to quickly develop rapport • Ability to interact in a tactful manner • Ability to multi-task effectively • Fluent in German and English • RTW in the UK
