• At Mindera, we craft software with people we love, and we're looking for a Lead Engineer - with Shift Left experience to join our talented team! • In this role, you will champion the 'Shift Left' philosophy, implementing practices and strategies that enhance quality and efficiency from the early stages of the software development lifecycle. • As a Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for driving best practices in quality assurance, continuous integration, and deployment. • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, guiding the team in adopting testing strategies that identify and resolve issues early. • Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence while mentoring other engineers to elevate their skills. • This is an opportunity to be at the forefront of innovation while working with cutting-edge technology and methodologies. • You will play a key role in influencing how we implement and sustain high-quality standards throughout our engineering processes.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Lead Engineer or similar role in software development. • Strong expertise in testing methodologies, tools, and automation frameworks. • Solid understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices. • Experience with languages and frameworks such as .net, Java. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a passion for mentoring others. • Experience in Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams. • Experience in cloud technologies would be a plus.
