• At Mindera, we are a team of passionate software engineers dedicated to delivering high-quality, scalable solutions. • We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer who is skilled in automation and driven to influence quality throughout the development lifecycle. • Expected travelling time (UK and USA): 0%-15%, varies according to project/client. You will be working with teams across different time zones and locations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a QAE or similar role, with a strong background in both manual and automated testing. • Hands-on experience with C# and JavaScript for testing and development. • Experience with testing tools such as Playwright, Wiremock, and Docker. • A passion for quality and the ability to challenge and influence development teams to adopt best practices. • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Familiarity with performance testing and a mindset for scalability. • Ability to get involved early in the development cycle to ensure quality is built into the product from the start.
